Payments & Withdrawals
1. Scope and Purpose
Rainbet's Payment Policy governs all monetary transactions between Users and Rainbet, including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals. It forms part of the Rainbet Terms of Service. Rainbet may amend this Policy to reflect changes in payment providers, regulatory requirements, or platform risk controls. Continued use of Rainbet after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
2. Deposits
- Minimum deposit: €20 or equivalent in another currency.
 - Funding methods: Rainbet accepts major credit and debit cards, selected e‑wallets, bank transfers, and deposits in specified virtual currencies. The virtual currencies currently supported for deposits include BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, USDT, ADA, XRP, NEO, BNB, BCH, BSV, TRX and CasinoCoin. Fiat deposits are permitted; cryptocurrency deposits may be converted for wagering and withdrawal in accordance with this policy.
 - Name verification: the name on the payment instrument must match the Rainbet account holder. Deposits from illicit sources are prohibited and may trigger account review.
 - Limits: per‑transaction and per‑day deposit limits are published on the Deposits page and may be adjusted; Rainbet reserves the right to modify limits at any time.
 - Credit timing: deposits are credited to the Rainbet balance on successful confirmation by the payment provider; processing times vary by method and jurisdiction and may require additional verification checks.
 - KYC triggers: Rainbet may require identity verification for deposits above specified thresholds or in high‑risk scenarios as part of its AML controls.
 
3. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: €40 or equivalent.
 - Withdrawal methods: available options are shown in the User’s Rainbet account and may differ by region. Withdrawals are typically processed to the same method used for deposit when feasible; Rainbet reserves the right to use an alternative method if necessary.
 - Limits: maximum withdrawal per transaction depends on the chosen method. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal caps apply (illustrative example: €1,000 per day, €2,500 per week, €15,000 per month). Withdrawals in excess of these caps will be issued in installments where permitted.
 - Crypto and fiat withdrawals: withdrawals will be made in the currency type corresponding to the funding method. Crypto withdrawals go to the wallet bound to the Rainbet account. If funds were deposited through virtual currency, fiat withdrawals may be restricted, and vice versa.
 - KYC and source of funds: withdrawals require identity verification and may be held for compliance checks. Rainbet may request additional documents and may deny withdrawals if data cannot be verified or if funds are suspected of illicit origin.
 - Wagering requirement: to withdraw, users must have wagered the active deposited amount at least three times, unless otherwise stated in the account terms, to satisfy AML controls.
 - Processing timeframe: withdrawal requests will be approved or rejected within two (2) business days, subject to ongoing checks. Additional delays may occur for compliance reviews.
 - Cancellation: a withdrawal request may be canceled prior to completion; funds are returned to the Rainbet balance.
 
4. Fees, Processing Times and Rates
Rainbet may levy fees for certain payment methods or regions as permitted by applicable law. Fees, processing times, and any currency conversion terms are disclosed on the relevant Deposit and Withdrawal pages before confirmation. Rainbet reserves the right to pass through provider charges and to adjust processing times in response to network conditions or regulatory requirements.
5. Chargebacks, Refunds and Reversals
- Chargebacks: if a cardholder disputes a payment, Rainbet may suspend or cancel the User’s account and reverse any related balances or winnings. A chargeback results in the loss of funds and related processing fees and may trigger additional AML review. Rainbet will verify identity and payment details before reissuing payouts.
 - Refunds: refunds are granted at Rainbet’s sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law and card network rules. A user may request a refund by contacting Rainbet support. Rainbet will respond within two (2) business days with the decision and the grounds for denial or approval. If granted, refunds are returned via the original payment method or to the Rainbet balance as determined by Rainbet. In‑game purchases and gameplay outcomes are generally non‑refundable where prohibited by law or provider terms.
 
6. General Provisions
- Erroneous credits and set‑off: Rainbet reserves the right to reclaim funds credited in error and to freeze or offset related winnings.
 - Fraud and compliance: Rainbet may suspend or terminate a User’s account for suspected fraud or non‑compliance with AML/KYC rules; the user shall provide requested information promptly.
 - Modifications: Rainbet may modify this Policy from time to time; continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
 - Notices: communications regarding payments and policy changes will be sent to the email address on the User’s Rainbet account or through the in‑site notification system.
